Nice one Walrus – I was trying to come up with one from Michelle because I thought it would fit the type of business UFC was going into (translations, etc…).

Zig, you are to report to court Tomorrow for a hearing about the charges I explained on the last page. (Post 19, I believe)

I am undercover American spy. No Canadian. I lied.

Cool! apple01

Siunce we're getting into other languages, maybe I should check “Sie liebt dich” and “komm…”, since the company will also offer German<> English translations!

Do I have to keep on talking till I can't go on!

Invisible ink is traceable. You should learn semaphore. No one knows
semaphore anymore. You should already know the letters for N, U, J, and
V. a-hard-days-night-george-10
I like how we go from unidentified flying cupcakes to UFC, which reminds me of some MMA match. 🙂

And yeah, 8 Days a Week and Anytime At All are probably not good things to name your start-up small biz.

Papercup Productions – that would work well for a translation/writing service. In fact, I might save that for myself if you don’t want it.

(just Googled it – it seems there’s a Paper Cup Productions, but I suppose that’s different enough.)

Can buy me love! Please consider supporting the Beatles Bible on Amazon
Or buy my paperback/ebook! Riding So High – The Beatles and Drugs

Don't miss The Bowie Bible – now live!

What's your point SW?a-hard-days-night-ringo-7

Yeah, I have a habit of shortening people's names or coming up with nicknames for them. It's not so much me being lazy as it is me using terms of endearment. I'll relay a funny story about that on the “impossible to derail” thread.

BOT: Joe, I like the Paper Cup idea – very cool.

Seriously? It's nothing but I have a friend who is really into Muay Thai boxing and so when I saw UFC, that's what I thought of. Cupcakes and kickboxing don't usually go together in the same sentence, is all. Just came off the top of my head, and I wasn't trying to hijack the thread to spout off on baked goods.

and.. at the risk of sounding utterly stupid.. what's semaphore? 🙂

I really like Papercup.. definitely shortlisted! thanks Joe! apple01apple01

a-hard-days-night-ringo-8 I'll remember that if The Beatles Bible ever has a bake sale. a-hard-days-night-george-10

Semaphore is the “ancient” art of flag waving to communicate messages. Short ones, I imagine. Like “Help !” a-hard-days-night-george-10 (or not…) I know they don't have flags but the way they have their arms raised is  representative of semaphore.

http://www.anbg.gov.au/flags/s…..phore.html (<– I had no idea there was such a straightforward system in place for the letters.)
