Up at three, a bus, a plane, a plane. (And a room and a room a-hard-days-night-george-10) Probably the smoothest flying experience I’ve had.

Back in FL for a week, and RINGO!

An amazing day in my life. And I’ve been up for about 21 hours now on the 21st. My lucky number!

I’m PWT (posting while tired) again. (I’m So Tired , I haven’t slept a wink…)

Okay… I’m stopping now before I write more meaningless crap. Just pay attention to the beginning of this post. If it even makes sense.

PWT.

I just finished teaching a session to middle school aged students. They are having “career day” so they came to hear about what a librarian does. So, my fellow librarian and I told them we help students do research, etc. I showed them a book about Justin Bieber. They booed. I showed them this book.

A student knew who it was. He even knew who John Lennon ‘s writing partner was! :-)

When I showed them Occupational Outlook Handbook and asked them to pick a career to look up, most of them said sports star or fashion designer. The Beatles guy said LAWYER. a-hard-days-night-john-1

My parents are coming down from Illinois for my college’s Family Weekend.  To put in perspective, my parents live 400 miles (approx. 645 km) away from my school, so they don’t visit very often.  So, today, I’m faced with the task of putting my laundry away and throwing out all the empty beer bottles in my room before they arrive.

I'm Necko.  I'm like Ringo except I wear necklaces.

I'm also ewe2 on weekends.

Most likely to post things that make you go hmm... 2015, 2016, 2017.

We moved into our new house yesterday. Upon moving here almost a year ago, we had no idea how long it would take to find a house. One never knows how much crap one accumulates until one has to unpack it all.

Hey forum, I have a scary story for you.a-hard-days-night-ringo-6

I was babysitting until around 8:30, and then put the kid to bed and went home. I stopped by my dad’s studio to get some school supplies I had left there. As I was leaving through the downstairs door, this guy walked by on the sidewalk. He didn’t seem to notice me and I locked the door and got in the car. I was sitting with the engine running and the car lights on, retuning the radio. Then I hear this loud knock on my back window. I look through the rear view mirror and I can see the same guy just standing behind my car. I rolled down my window and asked what he wanted (which in hindsight wasn’t a good idea)

He stared at me, didn’t say a word, then shook his head and walked away.

That’s my friday night so far. Now I think I’ll finish it off with some stand up comedy and Beatles Bible. a-hard-days-night-paul-7

What comedian?

And yeah, that would be pretty scary.  Did he look unusually shady or crazy?

Louis CK a-hard-days-night-john-6

He was shady looking. Middle aged, weird facial hair. It was dark so I couldn’t really see him that well.
