Right now I am having problems with kidney stones, something that happens to be every few years or so. I am scheduled for a lithrotripsy on 12/12 for one kidney and may have another one for the other. Till then, I have to take a Narco every Now And Then .
I don’t think this is what George had in mind when he wrote All Things Must Pass .

Ugh, I’ve had them too, always wondering when the next one will come. I drink lots of water to stave them off though.

I had a problem with the kidney when I was a kid ky mother was bring me often to see the doctor I have to take a lots of medicine but it wasn’t help, my grandmother was gave an adviced what I should be to drink to cured my kidney problem, my grandmother said you boiled the corn with skin and you drink the water and you drink the coconut water, and my mother followed the instructions of my grandmother theb its really helps, That’s my grandmother 🙂

Mentally and emotionally preparing for this upcoming week. I have a rifle safety course tomorrow, that’s unfortunately going to be about 9 hours long. I also have auditions for that Shrek play on Tuesday. Thursday I have to stay after (from about 1:50 to 4:30) then I need to go somewhere immediately after (that I can’t miss, I’m pretty sure*). Looks like this is going to be a crammed week.
Oh, and today I got a mini certificate from the school for getting high honors for the first term. So freaking happy

Firing or hiding from?
Safest way with a gun is dont use one.
I’m actually supposed to be firing at some weird gun club somewhat near where I live (not tomorrow, well now I’m not even sure if I’m going tomorrow, so…).
I’ve actually used a rifle before, at camp over the summer even though I put a rifle class as my least “wanted” (I guess you could say) class for the week. My best shot was 2 points (the least amount you can get if you hit the target) and that was when I was able to close both my eyes like a normal person. Oh, the memories…

Offline On a related note, one of my neighbors is allowing a gun instructor to use some of his land as a practice firing range for people wanting to learn how to shoot. Saturdays sound like a war zone half a mile south of my house. My dog used to get so scared of the sound, but he has grown used to it.

On a related note, one of my neighbors is allowing a gun instructor to use some of his land as a practice firing range for people wanting to learn how to shoot. Saturdays sound like a war zone half a mile south of my house. My dog used to get so scared of the sound, but he has grown used to it.
Near where I live, during most of the year (mainly summer/fall) there will always be a shooting noise in the distance. Living near the forest, I wouldn’t be able to tell if it was they were shooting squirrels or it was just a shooting range nearby

Heading out of the door shortly to drive down to Sydney (around 300km) to pick up @HongKongLady.
We’ll see some of the Sydney sights later today (Opera House, Sydney Harbour etc.) then head back to Canberra on Tuesday.

One of my biggest fears is getting kidney stones, they sound horrible
