I’ll stop with the numbers for now ha ha, but it will fluctuate around the 4 mark as I see if anything develops with anyone. If anything does I will go back down to one as I don’t think it’s fair to lead anyone on. Did I mention at one stage I had 6 simultaneous chats going on?

It was either my finest hour or my worst plunge into insanity – never again!!
I’m not the most talkative type as well, one of my personal indicators of how compatible we are is my being able to get beyond “hello”

HK lady. Whatever the complications. Whatever eventuates.
I was on Skype with Dubai lady and realised I was actually wishing it was HK lady, same with my various text chats. So I did as mmm suggested and bade them a graceful farewell. I had my best night of sleep in a month last night.
I’m thinking “Sweet dreams mi amor” is a good thing?

Offline We had to write a essay on a person who inspired us for our English Exam. Last time, in the Hindi exam they had given the same topic (clearly they aren’t very innovative) and I wrote it on John. This time for English I wrote it on George, and my teacher said it was the best written essay in class
. She made me read it out in class and my friends kept smiling and giggling.

Of course I was, though my teacher said that my essay was different because it was about someone who many people don’t know about. I was slightly offended, but I guess the majority of my school’s music taste is very different from mine (and honestly, also quite appalling).
Anyways I’m proud. But I owe it to George too, he’s just that great.

Offline Well it’s been a few days since my last update, and in my tumultuous life that seems like an eternity – so it’s time to bore everyone’s socks off again (well, I’m not actually wearing socks at the moment as the summer has decided to revive itself and we are just at the start of a projected hot spell).
And actually, there is nothing significant to report. This is a good thing. HK lady and I are happily texting, talking and Skyping. Her ailing boyfriend in Norway is stable and comfortable but the prognosis is still not good. I am getting more sleep. STBE has some tenants lined up at the other place and will hopefully stop haunting this place soon; I am close to reporting her to the police after a string of abusive text messages. Otherwise, and apart from the ongoing financial crisis, all is well in tr land.

My workshop presentation went well today. My co-presenter and I were the last speakers for the day. No one fell asleep, and I saw prople taking notes. I’ll call that a success.

Offline “Sorry to hear STBE is being like that. How long is it until you can break out into song (one of us who can sing can do Paul’s part)?“
We will have been separated for 12 months at the end of March, so I can start filing for divorce then – which can take 6-8 weeks to finalise on average.
I will be ready to break into song when she finally moves out to our other house and starts taking in student boarders which will give her some income (and keep her busy and away from here). She has already moved her furniture out but currently sleeps on the floor and/or sofa here so she can make my life a living hell morning and night. I can’t even watch TV of an evening as she has moved her 2 TVs across to the other place and now uses mine whenever I look like I might want to use it – I just can’t be bothered arguing over it. The whole thing makes life way more difficult to bear than it needs to be; but hey, no asteroids have hit yet
