There's one heck of an underrated bass player - John Deacon from Queen. Came up with some amazing bass lines, wrote some of the best Queen tracks and could play other instruments. Plus he has to get another 70 billion points for retiring before Brian May and Roger Taylor had the Queen name associated with Five and Robbie Williams.
