mr. Sun king coming together said a while back

It’s actually my Grandfather’s music, but, music doesn’t have boundaries. Good is good, regardless of period of time.

As I get older, I care less about what is cool to listen to. I’ve actually started going backwards in time and listening to music from older generations. I find that Sinatra’s music is calming, nostalgic, melancholy, and timeless.

Whether it came out this year or it’s 50 or 60 years old, good music is relevant because its message is universal. <And more snippage>

I agree with all of you.

I didn’t realize how good Sinatra was until I bought the box set that came out this year on a whim.  It’s called Ultimate Sinatra.  Now I’ve bought “Frank Sinatra Sings for Only the Lonely” and “In the Wee, Small Hours.”

Before that I only had his Christmas album.  His voice is warm and cozy.

I always appreciated hearing his music when dining out in Italian restaurants.

I’ve only heard Fly Me To The Moon and a handful of Christmas tunes; I wouldn’t consider myself a fan… but I appreciate your appreciation, if that makes any sense whatsoever. apple01

I don’t mind his music – but I’m nowhere close to a fan; and feel so-so about his acting as well – though I did like him in High Society.

Fabulous song. Even if that is the only Sinatra song you ever hear, you are still the richer for it.

I don’t like every song he ever sang, but the ones I do like are tremendous.

You Make Me Feel So Young, The Way You Look Tonight, New York; New York, and Come Fly With Me are other popular ones you might like.

I find Mr Sinatra is great in small doses but get bored after 5 or 6 songs. Same thing happens with most artists I can actually listen to.

Heard ‘Wave’ for the first time in ages and its a really good song.

I haven’t listened to Frank in a long time but at work a compilation of his is one of the only listenable CD’s so the appreciation increases.

Fly Me To The Moon is my favorite Sinatra song. It’s my signature karaoke piece.

I’m a pretty big Sinatra fan. His voice is just so soothing and his music is so chill and happy. My favorite song of his is either Theme From New York or The Way You Look Tonight.
