For favourites not including the Beatles, Florence Welch is amazing. I also love the voices of Norah Jones, Tom Petty, John Mayer, Freddie Mercury (who doesn't?), Paul Simon.... There's probably a bunch more that I'm forgetting. Oh I love Mick Jagger but not because he's the most enjoyable singer to listen to. He just fits the music so perfectly, and that's why he's one of my favourites.

John and Paul obviously (I go through phases of whose I prefer, it's currently Macca), Bob Dylan, Julian Casablancas, Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, Jeff Buckley, Zooey Deschanel, Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, Al Green, etc etc.
