My suggestion would be to stick close to Mr. Sun King's original timetable. I would give a closing date for PM votes to be received by you as 31 December with results in the first week of January.

Yeah, I like that idea, but maybe I'll give people a week or two to vote so we can get as many voting as possible, including the students. The first one was announced on Christmas, and I would think most people are away from their computers.

I would suggest that people are allowed to PM their votes between 1-31 December. It gives a good few weeks for people to get their votes in, and in most cases I should imagine most people would pretty much know where their votes are going to go. That's why I suggested a closing date, I always presumed you'd have got most in by then - if not all.
