Thanks guys. I'd do triple the work to get the great feeling I'm getting for doing this. You guys are just the absolute best to do this for. It was my pleasure to do this for you. Oh, and Zig, consider this year the year Baxter broke through in Best Anchorman in those awards. He couldn't repeat again. Your wins will ease when… Oh, who am I kidding, the wins'll stop when you die. In other words, never.
Von and Zig – I did have tiebreaker status, and I did use it elsewhere, but I felt on that one that I couldn't pick one of you over the other.

Wow! I got something! I would like to thank the academy of Pepperland…errr. Well, anyway, thanks, guys…I really appreciate it, especially since I seem to get in a fair few disagreements here. He was spoilt by masses of toys from his relatives, and was generally fussed over. He's too young to really know about Christmas, though. Next year will doubtlessly be even more exciting.

He's so cute! My little nephew is around the same age (7 months yesterday), and he got an insane amount of toys for Christmas. His great grandmother has terminal cancer, and she is wealthy, so she bought him and his cousin A LOT of stuff. My sister's house looked like a toy store. I don't know how he'll ever play with all of it.

I know! We've taken a photo of him each day since he was born (he has a website but I won't share here). It's amazing to see how he's grown and changed over the months.

He looks really happy, most babies I know are not very cheerful.
You have a very photogenic child, Joe.
Also, taking one picture each day is a real commitment, and he'll probably love looking at the photos when he's older.
My dad and his siblings like to tell me about the "baby books" their parents made. My aunt Susan's was filled to bursting (she's the oldest). My uncle Mark's had most milestones covered. My uncle Clay's had occasional entries. My dad's had his name on the cover. They never even bought one for my uncle Sam. 
Being the youngest of five is not very fun from the sound of it.

So… anyone want to resurrect this thread?
I say the competition starts now, and it's for 2013 only. But only if you want to.
Somebody needs to be in charge like Sun King was *coughmecough* as soon as possible if we're going to have the competition, so what do you say? And if anyone else wants to be in charge, feel free. Or we could be co-workers or whatever.
It seems fun, that's all. And (if it's me) I'll try my best to make sure the winners are actually announced, even though December's a long way off.
Or it could be just for February, or a few months…
