Whatever happened to people reading Mills and Boon? The pictures of the books are bad enough, the synopses are even worse - so bad they are incredibly funny.

Riding High

Riding High

]

Saddle up!

There ain't a rider that can't be thrown. And large-animal veterinarian Regan O'Connelli was thrown hard when he discovered his fiancée with his best friend. Now he's starting his life over at the Last Chance Ranch, run by the tightly knit Chance clan. But damned if his libido hasn't perked up over the spirited redhead who looks a lot like trouble….

Lily King is the queen of anti-structure. Turns out, that makes running a horse sanctuary a challenge. Regan's help is exactly what Lily needs—not to mention the seriously sexy sparks that are flying between them. Now she just has to convince this fallen cowboy to dust himself off and get back in the saddle…and into her bed!

Who buys this guff?

How isnt this caught by moderation?

That picture- oh Christ brian-epstein (no metaphor intended by using Brian, I just need someone that looked like they were laughing).

Oh and your answer: Deprived (in many things), middle-aged housewives ahdn_paul_02

No pun intended.

I'm a big fan of this deconstruction of it.

Fifty Shades of Beatles Bible. I have my own personal copy of that one. Well worn book...just like mmm's copy of the Kama Sutra (really, he has said he doesn't own a copy, I just had to tease him about it again).

For loan in the library, I offer you these formats: hardback, paperback, downloadable print, downloadable audio, cd, Playaway, and Braille. English only at this time.

Well ASJ loves A Song Of Ice And Fire. That's basically just porn with a plot. (admittedly and excellent plot)

You better not be doing whatever you do be doing to my avatar!

My own copy of the Kama Sutra gets great use!

Question: Does the CD have extra whipping sounds and what exactly is displayed in the Braille, are there any bonus features?

And @Ron Nasty started it, he should know better than mentioning cages when I'm online!

ASJ, you have no idea where this reply took my mind.

It's just wrong.

Edit: I now cant read folks comments without reading way more into their comments than they were intending. And cages!! That was way more a-hard-days-night-paul-7 than i was thinking all this started from.

Mine involved whipped cream.

I can't...just...no a-hard-days-night-paul-7

From wiki:

Playaway is the name of a solid-state prerecorded audio player introduced in 2005 by Findaway World, LLC, based in Solon, Ohio.[1] About the size of a deck of playing cards and weighing 2 ounces, it can store up to 80 hours of audio. As of March 2010, the audiobooks are all produced in high definition audio.

The Braille format, you ask? I've been in Florence, Italy, long enough for Michaelangelo's David (well, a part of him at least) to be seared into my brain. You should see some of the things that "part" adorns on tourist souvenirs.

Yes, bouns tracks come with the deluxe cd version.
