Maybe after you type something sarcastic, you can put a really crazy top secret word, but you can't tell anybody or else it would take away from the attempt of humor and would probably be looked upon as daft for most people, but put it for yourself so you don't get as confused about your posts!!a-hard-days-night-george-10

Sun King, if your're going to say something sarcastic say "corn nuts" before and after the sarcastic remark.

I don't think you should be worried about if you are posting too much, as opposed to are you spending too much time posting.  You obviously know a lot about The Beatles.  Spread the word of Peace, Love and The Beatles.

In regards to the actual post count…   it's such a low traffic forum, you aren't malicious in any way.  Probably not a big deal.  However, I will share this quote that I have always liked regarding forum netiquette.  "Post because you have something to say, not because you have to say something."  Not saying it applies to you personally at all, it's just a good quote.

I am speaking as someone who 5 years ago was a 15 year old who spent a lot of time on an online forum.

Maybe a Yoko smiley could signify sarcasm, since so few people take her seriously.

The only problem is I can't use smileys on my IPod. So you'll have to learn to live with my sarcasm. Good idea though.

I too was a chronic poster. Those who have been around long enough may remember a time when I answered just about every thread. I would log off, then log on again to discover (to my horror?) that I was the last poster on every single thread on the Forum home page. Yikes! The only difference is, nobody busted my chops about it.

So, mr. S I feel your pain. Hopefully this little ditty will ease that pain. Sing it to the tune of You Like Me Too Much. Ah one, two, three, four!

Though you've posted twice this morning,
You will post again tonight.
Then you’ll be posting even more,

Until darkness turns to light.
I don’t have time to read them all, it's true.
If you post here too much, then I’m like you.

You've tried before to not post,
But you haven't got the nerve.
Then you posted all your backlog.
You had a lot in reserve.
I don’t have time to read them all, it's true.
If you post here too much, I’m just like you.

It’s really true.

Your posts don’t deceive me.
If you leave me,
I will follow you,
And bring you back to this Forum.
If not, they’d be stuck reading me.
I admit that would bore ‘em.
I don’t want you leave here though it's true,
That you post here too much and I’m like you.

Yes, you post here too much and I’m like you.

I wouldn't let you leave here though it's true.

Shell probably ask us to write a song for a specific occasion. I'd do it, if that's it.
