Me neither. In fact, since I got the Beatles in Mono box set, I hardly ever listen to the stereo mixes of any of the albums until 1969 when they are only in stereo.

I listen to the mono versions of every album preferably (except for the albums that were stereo-only: Abbey Road and Let It Be and the singles at the end of Past Masters)

I don't like the Past Masters, I only listen to the Mono Masters with two stereo tracks namely Ballad of John and Yoko and Old Brown Shoe. Likewise I don't like ranking albums, songs and album covers because you just can't.

Yeah, especially with a compilation album like Past Masters.

I couldn't rank them even if I tried anyways, but I think there's a pretty good chance that Hey Jude would be first (I don't like the past masters version quite as much as I do the mono version, though).

I'm sorry, I do not understand all these "list songs on album from best to worst" threads that are cropping up all over the forum. They just don't make sense to me. Discussions about the merits/demerits of an album, yes, but ranking, I just don't get it. Maybe a running poll of all songs officially released would be interesting, but I hate seeing this done to individual albums. And Past Masters is such a wide and varied collection because of it's nature. I won't be ranking it's contents, either as Vol. 1/2, or as a whole.
