Purple Chick compiled a bootleg with all the songs that Lennon/McCartney gave away including a Ringo song and there might even be an official release out there somewhere.

There is an album sitting waiting for release; the Esher demo's. Many of the demos are different in some way from the final versions released on The Beatles as well as there being a handful of unreleased tracks eg Child of Nature and Sour Milk Sea. Would make a fabulous acoustic album.

There are albums that in a way or another should have been or may have been released but never have. How is it with the Beatles? I have been thinking of a hypothetical album with the singles - both sides - from Day Tripper up to Hey Jude. That album would be even better than Revolver.

In general, can you find ways to define other unreleased albums by the Beatles? For example, they could have released an experimental album in 1967 with tunes like You Know My Name and Carnival of Light.

There are a great many outtakes from the Get Back/Let It Be era - they could have compiled a few albums worth out of those. Some of the unreleased Glyn Johns versions are worth hearing, and the group performed literally dozens of songs over the sessions.

I'd also like to see an album made up of the songs Lennon and McCartney gave away during the 1960s: Bad To Me, World Without Love, Step Inside Love and so on. It would make a nice collection, particularly if L-M demos or Beatles recordings of the same songs (eg I Call Your Name, Do ...
