Past Masters is basically just a compilation album, so that's probably why Joe left it out. The songs on the anthologies and Live At The BBC are all songs which were never previously officially released.

I'm not sure what the original question is – presumably the person deleted it. If it was "why is there no sub-forum for Past Masters", then yes, the answer is because it's a compilation. If you want to discuss the individual songs there's are threads in the Songs section.
