A Hard Day’s Night sounds like a concept, so here it goes

Title track (John is working for the girl, like a dog)

I Should have known (just a love a song)

If I Fell (John wants to be sure that working day and night is worth it)

Can’t Buy Me Love (after working hard don’t have enough money but got love)

Anytime At All (John telling her that he’ll be around her whenever she’ll call. He’s at work again)

I’ll Cry Instead (Maybe they had some argument or john is talking about the 1st girl in “If I Fell “)

Things We Said Today (just to create some space for album or telling they’ll be together after argument)

When I get home (Things what john will do when he’ll get home after a hard days night)

I”ll be back ( John will be back after work)

and other songs sounds like to make space

What you think ? and it’s funny cause it popped up in my mind when i was about to get some sleep(nap, my nap is quiet long) after giving chem or english exam.

I’m also a certified A Hard Day’s Night -manic after watching the film for 120+ times and listening to it for the most of time among other albums

That’s an interesting idea! I too love the movie, it’s a real slice of British cinema.

I'm like Necko only I'm a bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin and also everyone. Or is everyone me? Now I'm a confused bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin everyone who is definitely not @Joe.  This has been true for 2016 & 2017 Sig-Badge.png but I may have to get more specific in the future.

Good theory but i think these songs are  vignettes rather then a cohesive story.

Welcome mcs.

I agree they are vignettes, wrapped around the (very loose) film concept of A Day In The Life .

B&W 2-D films are awesome! (But it’s possible to love both of those Beatles feature films for what they are, while preferring neither since they have such vast differences between them)

Paul: Yeah well… first of all, we’re bringing out a ‘Stamp Out Detroit’ campaign.

I thnk that as a film it doesn’t work so well, colour or not.

But, note to self: stay-on-topic

The ‘work’ concept perhaps has some substance to it. Afterall the band were working extremely hard at that time in their careers so overtly or subliminaly the topic would not be far from their thoughts.
