Ringo to get Hollywood Walk of Fame star in February

5.07pm, Thursday 28 January 2010 (2 years ago)

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will give Ringo Starr a star on the Walk of Fame in February.

A ceremony will be held at 7pm on Monday 8 February in front of the Capitol Records building, where stars for John Lennon and George Harrison are also located. Paul McCartney is to be similarly honoured at a future date to be decided.

A star for a Starr - what an honor and a privilege it is to be walked on! Peace & Love.
Ringo Starr

The Capitol building is situated at 1750 Vine Street, Los Angeles.
