Paul McCartney live: Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, Paris

Paul McCartney performed at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy in Paris, France, on 10 December 2009.

It was the fourth show of the Good Evening Europe Tour, which lasted for eight dates in December 2009. This show was seen by 15,992 fans.

The setlist at the Bercy was largely the same as at his previous shows on the European tour, although the Rubber Soul song ‘Michelle’ was included – an apt choice given its French lyrics.

McCartney had previously performed at the Bercy on 9, 10, and 11 October 1989; 13 and 14 October 1993; and 25 March 2003. He returned there on 30 November 2011 and 30 May 2016.

McCartney’s band was Paul ‘Wix’ Wickens (vocals, keyboards, guitar, percussion, harmonica), Brian Ray (vocals, guitar, bass), Rusty Anderson (vocals, guitar), and Abe Laboriel Jr (vocals, drums).
